Sheida is the most knowledgeable, competent, caring, and amazing agent one could ever wish for. I don’t know where we’d be without her, but it would not be in our new home, which is – as our first home – our dream house. Sheida is very unique in that she has had a vast amount of experience in many facets of the real estate market, so her perspective is very balanced and objective. She always looked out for our best interests; and, due to her wealth of experience, she knew exactly when an issue was a real concern versus when it was not worth fretting over. She went above and beyond the call of duty for us, knowing we were first-time home buyers and therefore quite nervous, somewhat naïve, and apprehensive. She gave many insights, and was available even outside of regular business hours, calling or texting to answer my every concern - and turned around offers and counteroffers faster than I thought could be done! Above all, Sheida was extremely professional. As first time home-buyers, we had countless questions and reservations, but she never pressured or rushed us in any way and always gave prompt responses and researched an issue if it was needed. Her experience proved invaluable; she really fought for us and proved to be an outstanding negotiator because we were able to close the deal on our home at exactly the price we had initially discussed as being right for that home (which was a significant reduction from list). Our experience with Sheida (and her entire team) was terrific. In addition to being professional, Sheida is a kind, friendly, and pleasant person to work with and to know in general! We had so much support from her to the point where we feel like we made a great new friend. Sheida spent a lot of her time working with us, showing us multiple prospective properties and sending daily updates for new listings, always involving the things we were looking for. She always kept me apprised and was patient with our questions and when we nearly walked away from the process completely because we weren’t sure things were going to work out with the seller. However, Sheida did not lose faith and if it weren’t for her, we would have walked away from the buying process completely because the LA market is a really rough place to start for a young couple with 2 kids (not investors). Without a doubt, Sheida would be my only recommendation to others looking for a real estate agent. Simply the best. If the opportunity arose, we would, of course, use Sheida.
